TRB will conduct a webinar on Tuesday, April 17, 2018, from 1:00PM to 2:30PM ET that will provide an overview of the design and construction of bases and subbases for concrete pavements and its impact on pavement performance. This webinar will focus on information in Technical Brief FHWA-HIF-16-005.* The presenters will also discuss experiences with experimental sections constructed at the Minnesota Department of Transportation’s MnRoad test track. This webinar follows a 2017 webinar of a similar name that provided a primer of using bases and subbases for concrete pavements. Attendance at last year’s webinar is not required; however, the slides from this webinar are available online.

This webinar was organized by the TRB Standing Committee on Design and Rehabilitation of Concrete Pavements and the TRB Standing Committee on Concrete Pavement Construction and Rehabilitation.
