Airport personnel are invited to a TRB webinar on Tuesday, October 8, 2019, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM ET. The webinar features research from the Airport Cooperative Research Program (ACRP) Research Report 188: Using Existing Airport Management Systems to Manage Climate Risk.
This webinar will identify airport-related climate and weather risks. Presenters will discuss disparate airport management programs that use varied decision-making systems, such as enterprise risk management, safety management, and emergency management. They will also explore asset management and capital planning. This webinar will provide ways in which airports can adjust these systems to better manage and prepare for potential risks from climate change.
This webinar is sponsored by the Airport Cooperative Research Program. There is no fee to attend this webinar; however, sign into MyTRB.org to view registration information.
