The driving pace of change in automated vehicle (AV) technologies and mobility services is challenging traditional public sector transportation research methods. TRB will conduct a webinar on Monday, November 9, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Eastern that will discuss innovative research approaches for advancing AV technology and shared mobility practices that are used in the public and private sectors. Presenters will discuss which approaches may be appropriate for use in traditional transportation programs at the federal, state, and local levels. They will identify research used by universities, consultants, and the transportation industry.

This webinar was organized by the TRB Standing Committee on Research Innovation Implementation and the TRB Automated Vehicles and Shared Mobility Forum.

Some registrants will need to pay $95 to attend this webinar. Sign into MyTRB.org to view registration information.
