Social media (SM) has become a crucial tool for connecting organizations to their customers. TRB is hosting a webinar on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 from 2:00 to 3:30 PM Eastern that will explore how social media can be integrated into emergency management (EM) at airports. Presenters will discuss how integrating SM into EM planning can help provide improved situational awareness and reduce the time it takes to return to normal operations. They will provide information for large hubs and general aviation airports.
