Both criminal laws and security requirements affect airport operations. Those administering these regulations can include airport staff, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), law enforcement agencies, and sometimes even private companies. This webinar featured ACRP Legal Research Digests on how the Fourth Amendment applies to airport screening functions and the impact of firearms laws.
