TRB will conduct a webinar on Wednesday, September 20, 2017, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM ET that features research from the National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) Report 840: A Watershed Approach to Mitigating Stormwater Impacts.
The webinar will examine a decision-making framework designed to help state Departments of Transportation (DOTs) identify and implement cost-effective and environmentally-friendly water quality solutions for stormwater impacts. Presenters will discuss the ways state DOTs are currently exploring approaches and regulatory mechanisms to achieve compliance with water quality permits through watershed-based total maximum daily load limitations. They will also provide an update on the development of a toolbox of water quality solutions for stormwater impacts.
Some registrants will need to pay $95 to attend this webinar. Sign into MyTRB.org to view registration information.
