The presenters will discuss mission critical occupations, key workforce capacity challenges, and strategies airports may use to help their workforce meet future challenges.

   • Eight primary workforce capacity needs in the next 5-10 years
   • Eight occupations identified as mission-critical and how well airport training and education is positioned to support these
   • Preliminary strategies to identify and address capacity needs
3. Question and answer session

The first 60 minutes of the webinar will be for presentations and the final 30 minutes will be reserved for audience questions.
