TRB will conduct a webinar on Thursday, March 21, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM ET that will highlight four transportation research tools. Presenters will discuss TRB’s Research in Progress (RIP) database, U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT)’s Research Hub, U.S. DOT’s Repository and Open Science Access Portal (ROSA-P), and TRB’s Transportation Research International Documentation (TRID) database. This webinar will provide an overview of each resource and illustrate how they relate to each other. Presenters will discuss the requirements and procedures for submitting and maintaining research in each database.

  1. USDOT Research Hub: a web-based, searchable database of USDOT-sponsored research, development, and technology project records
  2. Repository and Open Science Access Portal: Collection of full-text digital publications, datasets, and other resources
  3. TRID: Access one million records of transportation research worldwide
  4. Question and answer session

The first 60 minutes of the webinar will be for presentations and the final 30 minutes will be reserved for audience questions.
