The concrete pavement community continues to advance solutions to meet the challenges of the coming decade. TRB hosted a webinar on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 from 2:00-4:00 PM Eastern that focused on innovations in concrete pavement design and construction. Presenters discussed the newest materials and technologies, including how to account for connected and automated vehicles, as well as how to make refinements and rapid rehabilitation to certain materials. They identfied how to use these changing technologies to upgrade the nation’s highway network under the provisions of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.

This webinar was sponsored by the TRB Standing Technical Committees on Design and Rehabilitation of Concrete Pavements, and Concrete Pavement Construction and Rehabilitation.

The slides and recording are available.
