In today's reality of sea level rise and extreme weather-related events, planning for infrastructure resiliency is more important than ever before. Resilience is a process that is scalable and includes both long-range and intermediate planning. With shrinking budgets, investing scarce resources must be justified by return-on-investment. TRB hosted a webinar on Monday, August 5, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM Eastern that addressed how to approach communicating risk. Presenters discussed risk analysis and visually communicating that risk to support resilience strategies.

This webinar was sponsored by TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program and the Standing Technical Committee on Visualization in Transportation.
The slides are available. Please contact trbwebinar@nas.edu for a link to the recording. There may be a $90 fee.
