How will the Council on Environmental Quality’s (CEQ) Phase 2 regulations affect industry project delivery and timelines? TRB hosted a webinar on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM Eastern that identified the new changes in the regulations and how to successfully implement them to minimize impact on project delivery. Presenters shared how to incorporate these changes into a successful National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) program.
