Integrating performance-based plans and programs helps employees effectively attain performance goals while enhance the efficiency of organizational planning processes. TRB hosted a webinar on Monday, October 7, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM Eastern that highlighted current practices for integrating federally required performance-based plans, such as Strategic Highway Safety Plans, Transportation Asset Management Plans, and freight plans with long-range transportation plans and state transportation improvement programs (STIP). Presenters explained their agencies’ performance-based planning practices and provide current practices that can be applied to other agencies.
