Advanced air mobility (AAM) involves the use of innovative aircraft technologies to transport passengers and cargo, typically on demand. While the AAM ecosystem will initially rely on existing airports, heliports, and routes, future developments may include dedicated facilities and new routes. The widespread adoption of AAM has the potential to impact a variety of stakeholders across multiple sectors.
