TRB will conduct a webinar on Thursday, October 12, 2017 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM ET that will present information about planning, designing, implementing, and operating dynamic, static, and bus-only part-time shoulder use facilities. Part-time shoulder use converts paved shoulders to travel areas during certain times of the day as a congestion relief strategy, and is typically implemented on highways.
