TRB will conduct a webinar on Monday, July 2, 2018, from 2:00PM to 3:30PM ET that discusses the Travel Forecasting Resource (TFResource). Travel demand forecasts are an integral part of the transportation planning process, used to study policy, planning, and investment decisions at several levels of government. Developed by TRB and the Federal Highway Administration, TFResource is an online portal where practitioners can find and contribute to curated summaries of the latest and most significant forecasting concepts and practices.

This webinar will describe the way practitioners and researchers may engage with the portal.  The panelists will also provide an overview of the portals’ content areas within TFResource with a focus on the recently added content on modeling autonomous vehicles.

This webinar was organized by the TRB Standing Committee on Travel Forecasting Resources.

Some registrants will need to pay $55 to attend this webinar.  Sign into to view registration information.
