Transit reliability is critical to the operation and attractiveness of public transportation services. TRB hosted a webinar on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 from 1:00 to 2:30 PM Eastern that clarified what factors determine bus reliability. Presenters discussed relevant definitions, measurement tools, and strategies to improve reliability. They also presented a structure for an overall agency reliability improvement program in policy, operational, and technological areas.

The webinar features research from TCRP Report 215: Minutes Matter: A Bus Service Reliability Guidebook.
