Clear, visible, and accurate airfield markings are critical to ensuring safe aircraft operations. TRB hosted a webinar on Monday, June 5, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM Eastern that helped airport operators improve the safety and efficiency of their airfield marking projects while reducing the need for costly repairs or corrections to airfield markings. Presenters shared effective techniques and best practices for removing airfield markings and implementing temporary applications.

This webinar is based on ACRP Research Report 247: Airfield Pavement Markings: Effective Techniques for Removal and Temporary Applications.

This webinar was sponsored by TRB’s Airport Cooperative Research Program.
