Costs include project scope and development, environmental review and mitigation, preliminary engineering, right-of-way utilities, final design, and public engagement. TRB hosted a webinar on Monday, July 1, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM Eastern that presented improved processes for setting and maintaining project development budgets through improvements in estimation, risk management, and tracking of project development costs.
