Staged bridge construction is a complex and interdisciplinary process that requires meticulous planning, coordination, and comprise among stakeholders. TRB hosted a webinar on Friday, November 15, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM Eastern that focused on the broad and occasionally diverging objectives stakeholders may prioritize on complex, staged bridge construction projects. Presenters identified common priorities of bridge users, owners, designers, and contractors and explore strategies to effectively coordinate these priorities.
