Find the right project delivery method to get the most out of your airport’s capital construction project. With a clear understanding of the relative costs, benefits, and risks of each delivery method, meet project goals quickly and efficiently. TRB hosted a webinar on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM Eastern that provided airports of all sizes with an overview of capital project delivery methods, from selection through execution. Presenters explained the benefits and risks of various delivery methods and highlighted tools and strategies to support effective decision-making.
This webinar was based on ACRP Research Report 267: Selecting, Procuring, and Implementing Airport Capital Project Delivery Methods.
