Sustainable resource management and environmental law compliance at airports requires coordination across many departments. TRB will host a webinar on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM Eastern that will cover effective practices in training so that all personnel can contribute successfully. Presenters will walk attendees through the nine distinct training modules included in ACRP Web Resource 21: Environmental Stewardship and Compliance Training for Airport Employees, such as airport resiliency, hazardous materials, noise, and wildlife. One presenter will share professional experience using Web Resource 21 modules as part of their airport’s current training program.

There is no fee to attend this webinar. Registration is required.

The first 60 minutes of the webinar will be for presentations and the final 30 minutes will be reserved for audience questions.
 
Learning Objectives
At the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Use Web Resource 21 to select a set of training modules based on your airport role
  • Explain the training materials, facilitator handouts, and other resources available under each of the nine environmental stewardship and compliance training modules

This webinar is approved by the American Planning Association (APA) for 1.5 Certification Maintenance (CM) Credits.
