Transportation program and project delivery disruptions are unpredictable and continuously evolving, requiring agencies to remain adaptable in the face of changing conditions. TRB hosted a webinar on Monday, May 18, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM Eastern that explored how transportation agencies can lead effectively and advance projects during periods of disruption. Presenters highlighted strategies that support organizational excellence across governance, workforce, emerging technologies, and communication methods, as well as insights into challenges affecting rural transportation and approaches for adapting proven strategies to real-world disruption scenarios.
