New mobility services are entering and using the public right-of-way every year. Cities, states, and transportation agencies are implementing a wide range of inconsistent regulations to manage public costs and fiscal realities. TRB hosted a webinar on Thursday, July 9, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM Eastern that presented a decision-making framework to help agencies evaluate and implement revenue-related tools like taxes, fess, and subsidies for new mobility services.
