As organizations expand analytics and performance reporting, many are finding that their data systems are not producing results they can consistently trust or defend. TRB hosted a webinar on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM Eastern that presented case studies on how state departments of transportation (DOT) are governing data systems to improve confidence in dashboards, analytics, and cross-division reporting. Presenters shared practical approaches to data ownership, lineage, and quality that help make reporting more consistent and reliable. Attendees walked away with examples they can apply to strengthen trust in their own data.
